Ilya Kovalchuk is a Russian professional ice hockey player , he is currently playing in the Kontinental Hockey League in Russia for the team of the SKA Saint Petersburg as right wing player for the side . Beside this he played for the NHL teams (New Jersey Devils and Atlanta Thrashers) and at the age of 30 he quits the NHL league and joined Russian hockey league . He represent the Russia hockey team in International events and won the tournaments such as (Ice Hockey World Championship in 2008 Canada and 2009 Switzerland). As a right winger he scored 417 goals and 816 points in total 816 games in National Hockey League.
